  1. Love the rocking elephant, and glad to know that was Gorgonzola cheese you used in that salad. I tried to get everything to make it and got the wrong cheese. Your food is always better. I’ll pick some up and try again. βŒβ•οΈ

    • Isn’t that rocking elephant the cutest? If we had space we would have left with it. Mama wanted him to have that! But no room for all that in NYC.

And in my salad went spinach leaves, strawberries, apples, cranberries, avocado and gorgonzola topped with the sweet balsamic Kraft dressing. πŸ™‚

      • oh and bacon. Of course. Don’t forget the bacon. That would be a mistake.

  2. Great minds think alike on the 5 words!! πŸ™‚

You are such a fast runner-way to be!

Mmm I like Gorgonzola too–just not too much in one salad.

    • Totally agree – too much is a bad thing, but just a little bit can take a salad to the next level!

And I just finished doing some yoga…it was a humbling experience. lol – I think I should stick to running.

    • Ever since reading your last post, all I really want is peanut butter bars! haha – I guess it is sort of lucky for me that I don’t have time to bake up a batch because I would eat them all by myself. Dave doesn’t share my love for all things peanut butter (weirdo).

    • Sometimes pictures just say it better, right? πŸ™‚

I hope your wrist is healing up quick! I was in a cast for 8 weeks (should have been 12, but I took it off early <--don't recommend doing that) and I know it was grueling!
