Burnin’ Ab Holiday Circuit
Confession: Last night, Halloween decorations still filled my house. I know this is going to sound CA-RAY-ZAY (read: crazy), but I was actually considering not putting a Christmas tree up this year. I know…someone come slap me with some Holiday cheer. I think I’m becoming an adult because decorating for Christmas sounded like one more thing to add to my to-do list this year. Bah, Humbug! Thankfully, this guy came over last night with a tree, Christmas music and some wine and forced me to, at the very least, put my halloween decor away.
Its official – I’m in the Christmas spirit now. The tree is up, the stockings are hung and glitter is everywhere.
I spent an hour this morning making a holiday baking list, which means a holiday workout had to be on the books too. I completed this workout on Thursday and my abs are still a little sore this morning. I basically made this up as I went along, and I ended up liking that each circuit focused specifically on 1 major body part. When my legs started to burn, I told myself to keep going because I wouldn’t burn them out again for the rest of the workout.
