Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal

I’m giving you a legit excuse to eat chocolate, Nutella & peanut butter for breakfast tomorrow.

AND, as if that isn’t enough, I even incorporated oatmeal into the mix so you can call it a healthy and well balanced breakfast.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1/2 scoop protein powder (I prefer the ViSalus shake mix because it taste like cake batter)
  • dash of salt
  • pinch of sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 spoonful natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 spoonful nutella
  • 2/3 cup vanilla almond milk

Directions:

Combine oats, cocoa powder, protein powder, salt & sugar in a microwave safe bowl and stir.

Add vanilla, peanut butter, nutella and milk and stir again.

Microwave for 1 minute. Remove and stir. Microwave again for 1 minute and 10 seconds, stir and serve.
