Double Duty Circuit
Holy hamstrings! My legs are sore from this workout! When I created this circuit, I meant for it to be sort of easy since my runs are getting progressively longer (I have a half marathon on the books next weekend). I messed that up big time though. My legs were screaming by the time I finished and I was sweating, bikram yoga style. I took a few breaks to keep from passing out play with Ob and completed the workout in about 45 minutes. If you’re looking for a good sweat session that will burn your muscles and get your heart rate up, I highly suggest this double duty circuit workout. That second circuit really kills after doing the first circuit 3 times. Seriously – what was I thinking?
