Frog Hops and Duck Walks

Yesterday I had the privilege of working out with with one my favorite trainers, JP.  JP is hardcore, and by ‘hardcore’ I mean she does Ironmans (←yes, plural).  She is one of my fitness heroes. I always know I am in for a good workout when I’m with JP and by that I mean, I know I’m not going to be able to walk or sit comfortably the next day when I workout with JP. Obviously, she has no concept of pain or limitations (Ironmans – PLURAL) so it is common for her to push me outside my comfort zone and that is exactly what she did yesterday.
