Trifecta of Greatness

I workout 2 to 3 days a week in my backyard with some of my awesome coworkers. They come over around 5:30 am and we bust out a boot camp style workout before the sun comes up and I absolutely love it! My coworkers have learned that whenever they arrive at my house and see no equipment, that typically means our workout is going to include a lot of plyometrics (i.e. fast and powerful movements), bodyweight exercises (i.e. pushups) and cardio. The workout below will build muscle, burn calories and enhance your endurance (← trifecta of greatness, right there).

This workout is one of my favorites and will get your heart rate up and your muscles burning before the first round is done. If you’re not sweating by the end of it, I will assume you’re not human or you have received massive amounts of botox.*

*Fun fact: botox actually prevents sweating. I may or may not know this because I receive botox injections in my armpits due to overactive sweat glands. #ImsexyandIknowit
